Established 1992 in Belfast Ansell lighting is a leading UK manufacturer of high quality luminaries for display, architectural, commercial and industrial lighting markets.  They purchased a larger distribution warehouse in the M2 Business Park, Duncrue Street and commissioned us to design a new showroom with trade counter and conference room, office accommodation and staff facilities.  We created a separate structural fire compartment at one end of the warehouse to house the showroom and trade counter facilities on the ground floor and office accommodation on the first floor.  The Entrance Stairwell and horizontal bands of windows were the only external alterations.
